At the Disabilities Resource Centre Trust community means everything to us. We know that many of our customers and staff are more vulnerable to the effects of COVID-19 and we are doing what we can to help support you, our communities and staff though this time.
We are actively following the advice issued by the New Zealand Government and Ministry of Health. We are ensuring our team is supported with clear health and hygiene protocols in-store, and in all parts of our organisation, as well as the information and support they need to stay at home if they are unwell for any reason.
Our offices in Whakatane and Mount Maunganui are open, and as always you can shop online with us at www.drct.co.nz. We understand you may prefer to make an order or request over the phone, so please call us on 0800 227 363, we are happy to tailor make solutions for you however we can.
We will deliver your order right to your door. If you would like a contact-less delivery, simply let us know in your delivery instructions.
We are here for you, talk to us, we would love to hear your suggestions as to how things would best work for you as this situation evolves and changes daily.
